1. (a) Agencies that choose to participate in this program shall:

   1. (1) Have on file with the department a Form STD 204, Vendor Data Record.
   2. (2) Document that the child is an AAP-eligible child as defined in Section 35000(a)(1).
   3. (3) Document that the placement meets the requirements of Section 35327.
