Editor’s Note: This Chapter contains rules which were repealed under an exemption from the Arizona Administrative Procedure Act (A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6), pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1005(A)(24). Exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6 means that the Depart­ment of Corrections was not required to hold public hearings on these rules; and the Attorney General did not certify these rules.
