1. A. If an offeror fails to submit cost or pricing data in the required form and within the time-frames required, the procurement officer may reject the offer.

2. B. If a contractor fails to submit data to support a contract modification in the form required and within the time-frames required, the procurement officer may:

   1. 1. Reject the contract modification; or

      2 Set the amount of the contract modification subject to the contractor’s rights under A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10.
