1. A. The procurement officer shall issue a solicitation amendment to do any or all of the following:

   1. 1. Make changes in the solicitation,
   2. 2. Correct defects or ambiguities,
   3. 3. Provide additional information or instructions, or
   4. 4. Extend the offer due date and time if the procurement officer determines that an extension is in the best interest of the Lottery.
2. B. If a solicitation is changed by a solicitation amendment, the procurement officer shall notify suppliers to whom the procurement officer distributed the solicitation.
3. C. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain any solicitation amendments. An offeror shall acknowledge receipt of an amendment in the manner specified in the solicitation or solicitation amendment on or before the offer due date and time.
