1. A. A person who applies for a special license authorized under this Article shall pay all applicable fees at the time of application. The fees listed below include a $20 application processing fee.
2. B. An initial license fee is required upon initial application or when an applicant fails to renew a special license before the license expires.

3. C. A renewal license fee is required when an applicant submits an application to renew the special license before the license expires and provided there are no changes to any of the following:

   1. 1. Licensed facility location, or

   2. 2. License holder.
