Ariz. Admin. Code § R12-4-108
A. For the purpose of this Section, parentheses mean “also known as,” and the following definitions shall apply:
“FH” means forest highway.
“FR” means forest road.
“Hwy” means Highway.
“I-8” means Interstate Highway 8.
“I-10” means Interstate Highway 10.
“I-15” means Interstate Highway 15.
“I-17” means Interstate Highway 17.
“I-19” means Interstate Highway 19.
