Procedure for consideration of application for delayed licensing
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Any application for delayed licensing, whether by the limited partnership pursuant to this part, or by an individual limited partner pursuant to this part, shall be made to the Arkansas Racing Commission on forms furnished by the commission and in accordance with this part.
- (b) The commission shall investigate the applicant and act upon the application pursuant to this part.
