Public offerings by limited partnership licensees and holding companies
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
No limited partnership licensee and no holding company shall make a public offering of securities of a limited partnership licensee of a holding company except as is permitted by, and in accordance with, this part.
