In order to qualify for an ombudsman representative staff position, an individual must have:
- (1) Graduated from a four-year high school or passed the General Education Development (GED) test;
(2) Three (3) years of professional experience with at least one (1) year in:
- (A) Aging;
- (B) Long-term care; or
- (C) Related fields; and
- (3) A criminal background check in accordance with Arkansas Code §20-38-101 et seq., with no disqualifying criminal conviction.
