1. (a) Any person who sells a counterfeit admission ticket, upon conviction, shall be guilty of forgery in the third degree which is a Class A misdemeanor.
2. (b) A license inspector may issue citations and otherwise enforce this chapter under the authority granted pursuant to Section 40-12-10.
