§ 34-41-20

Procedures for Disciplinary Actions; Aggrieved Person May Petition Board for Hearing; Judicial Review.

(Acts 1995, No. 95-399, p. 820, §20.)
  1. (a) The board shall develop procedures for investigation, prehearing, and hearing of disciplinary actions.
  2. (b) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board other than a decision in a disciplinary action may petition the board for a hearing.
  3. (c) Judicial review of the final decision of the board is available in the manner prescribed by the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act.
