The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel required by this chapter to be inspected by the chief inspector or his or her deputy inspector shall pay directly to the chief inspector, upon completion of inspection, fees as prescribed in rules adopted by the secretary. The chief inspector shall transfer all fees received to a separate fund in the State Treasury to the credit of the department for its operation. All funds, pursuant to this chapter, deposited in the State Treasury shall be appropriated by the Legislature to the Secretary of Workforce pursuant to the Budget Management Act and Article 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 41.
