The sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80 [1982]).
The dеfendant‘s contеntion in point one of his brief, relating tо the issue of whether his written statement to the police should have been redacted, does not require a new trial.
The defendant‘s remaining contention is without merit.
