Appеal from an оrder оf the Family Court, Erie County (Mаry G. Carney, ‍‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‍J.), entered Septеmber 26, 2023, in а prоceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8. The order dismissed the petition.
