An attorney of the Court of Common Pleas who lived in the county of Franklin, was admitted as an attorney of this Court, when held in the county of Hampshire for the three counties of Hampshire, Franklin and Hampden ; and a question was made, whether the excise of 30 dollars paid by the attorney should be appropriated to the law library of Hampshire, or to that of Franklin. The Court held that it should go to the lat ter. See St. 1814, c. 178; St. 1822, c. 51.
