Plaintiff had been substituted as a party for the original plaintiff, Theron W. Bennion, after the latter’s death before the trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Kleinfeld, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
