On the court’s own motion, the decision handed down December 27, 1961 (ante, p. 559), is amended by striking out the designation of counsel to prosecute the appeal, and by designating Richard R. McCabe, Esq., 11 Market St., Poughkeepsie, N. Y., as such counsel. Beldoek, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
