In our opinion, under all the circumstances, triable issues of fact exist as to defendant Segre’s negligence and as to whether his negligence caused the injuries sustained by plaintiffs. Rolan, P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
