Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 7, 1958, convicting him, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, assault in the first degree, and petit larceny, and sentencing him to serve a term of 10 to 20 years on one robbery count, and suspending sentence on the remaining counts in the indictment.
