Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 7, 1958, convicting him, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, assault in the first degree, and petit larceny, and sentencing him to serve a term of 10 to 20 years on one robbery count, and suspending sentence on the remaining counts in the indictment. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
