Defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Queens County, dated May 18, 1959, denying, after a hearing, his cor am nobis application to vacate a judgment of the same court, rendered June 25, 1937, convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to Elmira Reformatory.
