-Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 6, 1959, after a jury trial, convicting him of attempted grand larceny in the first degree, burglary in the third degree, and malicious mischief as a felony, and sentencing him to serve a term of two to five years upon his completion of the prison sentence which he was then serving. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
