Four orders unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of dismissing the second and third causes of action in the amended complaint as insufficient in law, with leave to plaintiffs to serve an amended complaint within 10 days after service upon the attorneys for the plaintiffs of a copy of the order herein, with notice of entry thereof, and, as so modified, the said orders are affirmed, without costs.
