Appeal from a judgment of County Court, Queens County, convicting appellant of murder in the first degree, and sentencing him, upon the jury’s recommendation of life imprisonment, to prison for his natural life, and from said sentence. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. No separate appeal lies from the sentence which has been reviewed on the appeal from the judgment of conviction. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
