Action by husband to recover for expenses and loss of services because of injuries sustained by his wife as the result of a collision with a motorcycle owned by defendant and operated by one of its officers. Judgment dismissing complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case reversed on the law and a new trial granted, costs to abide. the event, on authority of Rothwell v. Town of Oyster Bay (ante, p. 825), decided herewith. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Tompkins and Johnston, JJ., concur.
