PER CURIAM

Defendant V.V. appeals from (1) a January 21, 2015 order incorporating her admission to child neglect, resulting from her

alcohol abuse, which exposed her two children to a substantial risk of harm; and (2) a November 20, 2015 order denying her motion to vacate her stipulation. The court has been informed appellant has passed away. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as moot. Greenfield v. N.J. Dept. of Corr., 382 N.J. Super. 254, 257-58 (App. Div. 2006).
