Comas now Louis Anthony Romer, Appellant pro se, and respectfully moves the Court to extend the deadline for filing his brief (or response) by sixty days. In support, Appellant

On, October 29, 2015, the jury found Appellant guilty of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The jury assessed punishment at 15 years imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

On, October 29, 2015, the jury found Appellant guilty of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The jury assessed punishment at 18 years imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

On July 1, 2016, Appellant relieved notice by mail that his appeal attorney filled an acribant, a right to file pro se brief or response to the Anders brief.

On August 24, 2016, the Appellate record was first made available to Appellant. The deadline for filing Appellants brief or response is October 24, 2016.

*3 This is Appellant's third request for extension. Appellant is unable to meet the deadline for the following reasons:

Appellant has limited Law Library time to Access, research slowed due to necessities of doing it manually (no computer), has multiple appeals that he is currently engaged in, to Appellant, would like to obtain significant legal knowledge before, filling his response, to Appellant aims to ensure nothing is trivulous.

For the reasons stated above, Appellant respectfully requests an additional sixty days to complete the provide of the or response in support of Appellants' appeal.

Appellant prays that the Court grant this motion and extend the time to file Appellants' prior to the first or response by sixty days, extending the deadline to December 24, 2616.
