In support of this motion, applicant shows the court that following: for the reasons that relator debt recive this notice until December 1, 2015 for the delay in retail and thanksgiving holiday deliveries.
The Rtitioner was converted in the 26th district court of Bell County, Texas of the offrust of murder in Case no. 49654-A, stepped
*2 State of Texas, vs. Leonardo Lasias III. The Rebthouser appeared to the Court of Appols, Third District of Texas Supremus Judicial District. The case affirmed on April 18, 2001.
The present deadline for filmy the Atition for Discretionary Review is December 13, 2013. The Rebthouser has not requested any extorion prior to the request.
In Rebthouser's request for an extension is based upon the following facts: Rebthouser was not informed of decision of the Court of appols in affirming and Court of Criminals Appols decision until 11-13-2015, since then petitioner attorncy has not informed him of steps on appeal. Rebthouser notes he will represent himself on the Atition for Discretionary Review.
WHEREBRE, Rebthouser prays the Court grant this motion and extend the deadline for filmy the Atition for Discretionary Review in Case No. 49634-A to February 18, 2018.
