2. BUT YOU TOLD THE TRIAL COURT TO TREAT THEN AS 11.07 WRITS. THIS WAS A MISTAKE (SEE YOUR ENCLOSED LETTER OF $11/2/93$ ).
3. WHEN I FLED MY ONE AND ONLY WRIT CHALLENGING my CONVISTION ( -04 ), I WAS CITED FOR WRIT ABOVE BECAUSE THE TRIAL COURT ERRONSOUSLY HANDLED THE PRIOR DOCUMENTS ABOUT WHICH YOU SAYE THEM ERRONSOUS INFORMATION.
