Petitioner never received anything from the District Clerk of Dowie County pretinining to the Cruses outlined above; Nothing from the Counts or the AtNorway for the State LDAI. Pettitioner wrote the court many times ask for the disposition of the case and got no reply I didat even get a copy of the Judge Order that was fited. This is to inform the Court of a Procedural Use Process violation that has occur in this case.
