Attached hereto are certified Coffres of the docket Sheet and minutes of the Subiee- Courts belong 1 thought I had made clear in a separate silling that this court's records contained the docket Sheet and minutes of the subiee 10000 Provious appeals taken to this court reading these same coded, I also last-Friday: brought here a copy of an order of dismissal of an appeal in Federal court.

*3 There, as was supposed to have been here, the 5th circuit used dismissed the appeal not because, as this court dismissed my earlier appeals, for lack of final judgment. This court did not examin its jurisdiction on basis of a judgment rendered and entered but relied on something else that caused it to believe the notices of appeal were entirely. However, no judgments were rendered and entered for appeals to be entirely.

As for the minutes of cause number 4926.74, the judge has supposed to - the Court coordinator set my motion for hearing for

Judges clearly know they have rendered no judgments and clerics have entered no judgments in minutes and they still just do not want to afford the due process. As such, I used here out writs (orders) Sanding in mandamus - to comell that I be given Due Process.
