Motion To Dominis Court Appointed Attorney Find Exploit New Counsel To Put On Benefit of Desi To The Heritable Solve of Said Court: COMES WRIN, Wade Eugene Dix, defendant, in the above entitled and unnoticed cause, and makes the Court for an order to Domins the defendant's court. Appointed Counsel of second and against a new Counsel to act on behalf of the Defendant, and in support of this matter the Defendant shows that:

The Defendant is presently represented in this cause by Hestral Smith, whom the Court appointed some of the other months previously to the date of the filing of this motion.

That the aforesaid attorney - has failed, and is continuing to fail, to provide Defendant with the seasonality effective assistance of Counsel that he is entitled to, in that: (a) Counsel has had no contact with Defendant in the past months. (b) Counsel has taken an affirmative action to preserve and protect valuable rights of the Defendant. (c) Defendant by way of and because of these actions has no faith and confidence in aforesaid.

Difendant is not able to wate with and place his trust in the aforesaid attorney.

The Court should appoint a new Counsel to act in behalf of the Defendant in order that he/she is assured the seasonality effective assistance of Counsel that he/she is entitled to.

*2 WESTERN, premises considered, defendant pays that this Court dismiss VISITORIA L. Smith as Defendants counsel and appoint a new counsel to act in behalf of Defendant. Respectably submitted this the 20th day of 1894 by, 2015.
