Sanchez, Appellant V. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Appellee No. 04-14-00251-CV and Tr. Ct. No. CV-03862 was determined, and therein our said Court of Appeals made its order in these words:

In accordance with this court’s opinion of this date, the judgment of the trial court is AFFIRMED.
