Before our Court of Appeals for the Thirteenth District of Texas, on the 4th day of

December, 2014, the cause upon appeal to revise or reverse your judgment between

Adrian Lerma, Appellant, v.

The State of Texas Appellee.

CAUSE NO. 13-14-00180-CR (Tr.Ct.No. 14-02-4757-CR)

was determined; and therein our said Court made its order in these words:

THE THIRTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS, having considered this cause on appeal,

concludes that the judgment of the trial court should be reversed and the cause

remanded to the trial court. The Court orders the judgment of the trial court REVERSED

and RENDERED for further proceedings in accordance with its opinion.

We further order this decision certified below for observance.
