RE: pulling on Wrist of Mlandamus CO4 Case No: 01-15-00139-CR In St Cause No: D-1-DC-14-9040560 On July 15, 2015, I filled with this Court a petition for wnst of mandamus due to the trial count's failure to rule on (3) of my pending motions before it.

Sodate, I have not received notice from this Court regarding that wint, nor notice from the trial count regarding the Mention for appointment of Counsel on Appeal. I have however received the supplemental containing the Exporter's Record, as has this Court.

I respectfully request this Court's pulling on my Wrist of Mandamus and inform me of your decision, so the remaining pending motion to appoint counsel on appeal can be addressed.
