However, on the STH OF November, 1996 the Court, after due consideration, is of the opinion and so finds that the ends of justice and the best interest of the public and the Defendant will be subserved if the imposition of the sentence in this cause be suspended and the Defendant is placed on community supervision under the direction of this Court.
