Appellants Motion to Cltend Time For Filing A Fettition For Discretionary Review Rehearsing
to the honorable judges of the Court of Criminal appeals (Cc. (n. App.): Now Comes KELLY LEE DICKET, Appellant, ppo se, pursuant to Rules and 10.5 filing this motion for an eftension of 60 clings in which to file a Fettion for Rehearsing of ADK. In support of this motion Appellant shows the following: Appellant has been informed that counsel is in no position to continue. Therefore App- ellent will go forward in a pro se mode from this point. The (c. (n. App. issued its refusal of Appellants A.D.K. on February 16, 2015.

Appellent is requesting underluke 68.2 (c) to be allowed the 15 day grace be granted in this Motion for eftension of time. Appellent has NOT requested any eftensions of time for B.D.K. rehearsing prior to this request.
