Petitioules' Request for an extension is based upon the folliva facts: Petitioner was being teausfared from the Holidw Unit on Sulv 6.3015 to the Buro Unit where I stayed until July 14. 3015 then was teausfeted to Rebiucous Unit July 15, 3015 held teausfeted to the Roach Unit on July 16, 3015. Petitioner was not informed of the decision of the Court of Appoul in Afteming his case until May 10, 3015. Since that time Petitioner has been attempting to prepare a pro se in this mathe. Petitioner has had a lack of research due to the insufficient Law Library and the suddon changes of the different units.
