I fled A Poo-SE MOTION of appeal on Dec. 12, 2014. I'm asking the Court to appointment counsel because I'm undegent I'm appeals inegiective assistance because my Attorney failure to communicate Plea offer that the state and did not inform me. My Attorney Resuced 4 year TDEJ wath-out my Knownledges. I can SED a copy of the offer where my attorney, Resuced it wath out my signature. The state attorney and my Counsells Stamp is on it but I never had a chance to see that form, why would I Resuced 4 years TDEJ, and on the same day say for 5 year TDEJ.
