110 Writing in regards to the Application for 11.07 Writ of habeas: Copies that Was received and presented to the Court on 1/11/2010. By Consern is because the Lower Court, in Eastand County failed to Abide by section 1 of TCF 11.07. And provide me with Copies of Anything Fited. And a Certificate, Since they failed to Abide by the rules of 11.07, I Want to bring it to this Court's Affention, that my Application for 11.07 Writ of habeas (copies had a (11)eleven page Memorandum, and 11 exhibits attiethed to it. I fear that the Court may not have foworded the Complete Writ of habeas Copies. And all attietments, if they did not attach the Above paritioned Attietments, please notify me immediately. I Would greatly appreciate it, thank you for your time and attention in this matter. I do have a copy of my Memorandum that I can foword to this Court.
