I.

The Retitioner was convicted in the USth District Court of Marion County. Texas of the offense of Asseavated Kidnapore in Cause No. F12698, styled state of Texas Us Martin Luther Burns. The Retitioner appeared to the Court of Appetits Sixth Appellate District Court. The case was affirmed on May 22,2015

II.

The present deadline for filing the Petition for Discretionary Review is June 22, 2015. The petitioner has not requested any extension prior to this request.

*2 Attitioner's Request for an extension is based on the following facts: Retitioner was not informed of the decision of the courts of Appeals in affirming my case until may 29, 2015. Since that time Retitioner has been attempting to gain legal in this matter. His Money on the Appeal, Tim Dine state Bar 80460350, has informed Retitioner that he will not represent him on the Retition for Review.

Therefore, Retitioner prays that this court grant this motion and extend the deadline for filing the Retition for Discretionary Review in Case No. F12688. Serial Appeal No. 06-18-00109-CR - to July 29, 2015.
