Dear abel Acosta, Mm Name is Eall B. Munnsh. TOC. 11102002, Case 02-12-0002-CE. I'm in Need of this court to take Notice of Ineffective Assistance of counsel by Afferd atbornal Mr. Richard Hathor. ON 1-26-15 I was in reser of a critified letter from Mr. Hathor. 5 months after case had been affirmed on 4-21-14. Mr. Hathor wrote and told the 24 Court of Afferds. He was sending Notice to ME acordish to Th. R. APR. P. 48.4. by sending CPS of The 24 Court of Afferds Mandate to ME, by certified maicat 101111200002. 2330 50210. This Rule also stokes said atbornal is to advise myself of Right to file PBR. under Rule 68, Mr Hathor has not done this todate. If this Clerk looks in the Record ON 4-1-14 I wrote Prose letter Reaired on 8-19-14 bounte Toure 24 Court of Afferd Clerk told me aase had been affirmed ON 4-21-14. In Receivish that letter on 835.41 I wrode a Notice of PBR. And sent it to the wroath court, had I been told righthar under Rule R.R.APR. P. 48.4 This would not of haften. All of this should be in the file. I said this court to take Notice of this. If I need it letter It is in the file.
