30 The Court of Criminal Appeals:

Jake Nottie the Petitioner tinkens his objections to the denial of evidentary hearing and vacation of two fraudulent pudgments will be set out below.

On 5 Nov 13 Petitioner discovered in 70 J12 Cv 2602 M (DF) the first fraudulent pudgment to his suppraise as he had placed in opplication (A) + (B) that he did not have a pudgment at all and excommunicated from (B) wtedy see suggestion to revisit.

On 4 Feb 14 the states response to pudgment name pro time stated version description of the first pudgment. Petitioner gave ADA Peterson three safe - lerior pleading to correct voriences he said nil.

On 14 may 19 Petitioner received the second fraudulent pudgment when assisting (C) from ADA target and Petitioner amended his pudgment name pro time and the court said nil.

Application (C) was denied notwithstanding amendment deleting name pro time issues see suggestion to revisit. Petitioner tinked (D) and a set of interrogatories questioning ADA Peterson about the fabrication of these joint pudgments this was denied by the
