For the reasons assigned in the opinion this day handed down in the consolidated cases of Osborne v. Mossler Acceptance Corporation et al., La. App., 24 So. 2d 655, it is ordered that the appeal in the above entitled case be and the same is hereby dismissed at the cost of the appellant. *Page 658
