Check TreatmentThe evidence tending to connect the defendants with the burglary is wholly circumstantial, and insufficient to exclude every reasonable hypothesis save that of the guilt of the accused.
So far as the record shows this is all the evidence that tends to connect the defendants with the crime. Such is insufficient to exclude every reasonable hypothesis save that of the guilt of the accused. The court erred in overruling the motion for new trial.
Judgment reversed. Broyles, C. J., and MacIntyre, J., concur.
