MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The Petitioner claims that he did not fill out a form for Sentence Review because he did not know how to complete it. Accordingly, this Court hereby grants permission to the Petitioner to apply for Sentence Review, and suggests he contact his counselor for assistance in filling out and filing the proper form.
