The reasoning of those courts which have held CUTPA applicable to banks was well-expressed in Eylward where the court stated that "the burden of proving an exemption from CUTPA . . . is on the party claiming the exemption. Conn. Gen. Stat. sec.
Accordingly, the motion to strike is denied.
