ORDER The Court hereby orders that default shall enter against the defendant, Henry R. David, D.D.S., on November 5, 1993 unless on or before that date he shall:

1) Comply with plaintiff Robert L. Carlton's Interrogatories and Requests for Production dated March 19, 1993; and

2) Certify to this Court in writing that he so complied.
