Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 40-14-220
Right to prepay
Subject to the provisions on rebate upon prepayment (W.S. 40-14-221), the buyer may prepay in full the unpaid balance of a consumer credit sale, refinancing, or consolidation at any time without penalty.
