Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 40-13-106
Time for filing contracts and licenses; filing fee
The contracts and licenses required by this article shall be filed with the secretary of state. A filing fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid to the secretary of state at the time of each filing.
