Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 33-1-110
Failure of officer to report fines
Any magistrate or other officer neglecting, omitting or refusing to comply with the provisions of W.S. 33-1-109 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished as provided by law.
